Field Installation
Our own crews, not subcontractors — the people who mount, cable and commission every system we sell.
Since 2009, SecureVision Technologies has designed, installed and maintained security and IT infrastructure for offices, factories, schools and retail chains across Karnataka.
We started because we kept being called out to fix systems that had been installed badly — not systems with bad hardware, but good hardware put in without a plan.
The pattern repeated everywhere. Cameras aimed at whatever the bracket allowed rather than at what mattered. Recorders sized for the price point rather than for the retention the client had asked for. Cable pulled alongside mains and then blamed on the switch. Nobody had written anything down, so every fault became an archaeology exercise.
So the company was built around the boring parts: survey first, document everything, certify the cabling, hand over drawings. It is unglamorous and it takes longer up front. It is also the reason our clients call us instead of starting again with someone new every three years.
Today we run installation, design and service teams from Bengaluru, working across Karnataka and into neighbouring states for multi-branch clients. We are still the people who turn up when it breaks.
A design should be defensible. Every camera position, cable route and switch has a written reason behind it before anything is drilled.
Cables dressed, ports labelled, panels closed. The install you can see is usually a fair guide to the one you cannot.
We are not tied to one manufacturer. We specify what suits the site, and we will tell you when the cheaper option is genuinely fine.
The team that commissions your system maintains it. There is nobody for us to pass the blame to, which concentrates the mind.
"The install you can see tells you most of what you need to know about the one you can't."
Rohan Mehta has commissioned systems in factories, hospitals, schools and trading floors, and has spent a fair share of his career undoing other people's shortcuts. He leads design on every project above a certain size and personally signs off the handover pack.
His standing instruction to the team has not changed since 2009: if you cannot explain why a camera is where it is, move it or remove it.

Surveys, coverage modelling, network design and the configuration work that happens before anyone visits site.
Board-level diagnosis, UPS servicing and the spare-unit pool that keeps AMC response times honest.
The survey is free and the report is yours to keep, whether or not you use us. It is the fastest way to judge whether we know what we are talking about.
